Abstract. In this paper, the equation for the Brownian motion of charged Colloids has been derived in a salt-free system, where the charge effects are dominant by dealing with their diffusion process. The result shows that the time (t) dependence on the average of q2 (q is the colloid position) is t2/3-like, very different from the Einstein-Smoluchowski equation.
