Abstract. The concept of "Interpenetration" has been existed in the architectural world for a long time. Many architects utilyze the concept consciously or not, and they have created more developed architectural space and form. In this paper, we set five stages in the concept of "Interpenetration". Those are: (1) independence, (2) contact, (3) combination, (4) nested boxes and (5) shuffled boxes. And we show the way of an analysis for new architectural form, space and architectural thinking.
